Zero Tolerance Policy
Purpose
Zero-tolerance violations are serious breaches that threaten player safety, server integrity, or the community. They are handled faster and with harsher penalties than standard Server Rules infractions.
If you are unsure whether something qualifies, assume it does and do not do it. When in doubt, ask staff on Discord before acting in-game.
Cheating
Hacks and third-party cheats
Aimbots, ESP, wallhacks, speed hacks, dupers, radar, and any unauthorized software that gives an unfair advantage result in a permanent ban on first offense. We review BattlEye flags and manual evidence.
Account sharing for ban evasion
Using alternate accounts to evade a ban is permanent for all linked accounts.
Real-money trading (RMT)
Selling in-game items or accounts for real currency outside approved Crashout shop channels undermines the economy and is permanently bannable.
Harassment
Hate and slurs
Slurs, hate speech, and targeted harassment based on race, ethnicity, gender, sexuality, religion, disability, or nationality are zero tolerance in-game and on Discord.
Sexual content
Non-consensual sexual content, grooming, or explicit harassment involving minors is an immediate permanent ban and may be reported to authorities.
Doxxing
Publishing private personal information (addresses, phone numbers, workplace, family details) without consent is permanently bannable.
Threats
Real-life threats
Any credible real-life threat of violence toward players or staff is zero tolerance and may be escalated beyond the game.
Swatting and stalking
Swatting, stalking, or coordinating harm outside the game is permanently bannable and may be referred to law enforcement.
Enforcement
Immediate action
Staff may remove you from the server or Discord without warning when a zero-tolerance line is crossed. Evidence (logs, clips, reports) is retained internally.
Appeals
Zero-tolerance bans are rarely overturned. Appeals with new evidence may be submitted via Discord ticket; insulting staff during an appeal will be denied.
Shop & server access
Bans apply to game access, Discord, and shop privileges where linked. Purchases are not refunded when a ban results from your conduct. See Terms of Service.
