Your account links Discord and Steam so purchases can be matched to the correct player and fulfilled natively on the server. Both connections are required before checkout.

The shop offers digital DayZ products for Crashout, including gear sets, clothing and weapon designs, perks, imports, memberships, kill-feed colours, and Priority Queue. Nothing is shipped.

Add your brief during checkout for skins, imports, and other custom work. After payment a private Discord ticket is opened with your brief. Be in the Crashout Discord so you can see the channel. Staff mark the ticket done when the work is finished.

Contact the team on Discord immediately. Products that have already been fulfilled may not be reversible; see the refund policy for details.

Priority Queue is granted through CFTools after successful payment. VIP, VIP+, and MVP add a rank chat prefix ([VIP], [VIP+], [MVP] and later MVP+ / MVP++ / MVP+++). The Prefix perk is separate custom text you type at checkout (max 32 characters) — it stacks with a rank prefix, like [VIP+] GOAT Name. Spawn Drip, Clan Tag Color, and Kill Feed Color are written on the game box. Kill Feed needs killer and victim colours. Change custom prefix text or kill-feed colours later from Account → Perks, once per calendar month. Clan tag recolors in-game (unlimited uses). Clothing, weapon, and vehicle skins open a Discord ticket with the brief on the order.

Yes. Open Account → Perks. Custom prefix text and kill-feed colours can be changed once per calendar month. That update is sent to the game box the same way as the first write. Clan tag colour is unlimited in-game. Rank prefixes and Spawn Drip cannot be edited or granted from the account page.

Search for Crashout in the DayZ launcher, add 193.25.252.94 with query port 2503 to Steam favorites, or direct connect to 193.25.252.94:2502. The server runs Season 1.0 on Small Chernarus; see Servers for status and how to join.

Crashout combines Convoys, Airdrops, Keycards, KOTH, Helicopter crashes, Hacked crates with a 3D printer, Bitcoin trader, collectibles, custom weapons and armor, hit markers, custom mapping, and a custom skybox. The server is run by an active staff team and supported by Monarch Group.

Yes. Sign in with your linked account, choose the product and options, and complete payment at checkout. Eligible normal products are then fulfilled natively on the server.

Use the report flow on Discord with clips, logs, and timestamps. Serious violations fall under the Zero Tolerance Policy.
