Overview
Crashout respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect through crashout-dayz.com, our shop checkout, linked accounts, and community channels such as Discord.
We sell digital in-game items only. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
What we collect
Information you provide
- Email address for account access, checkout, receipts, and support
- Linked Steam name and ID for native in-game fulfillment
- Linked Discord username and ID for account services and GFX tickets
- Payment details processed by our payment provider — we do not store full card numbers
Automatic data
- Basic device and browser information in server logs
- Theme preference stored locally in your browser (light / dark)
- Cart contents stored locally until checkout
- Usage data collected by Google Analytics (page views, device information, and shop events)
- Product analytics collected by PostHog (page views, signed-in account id, shop events, session replay of this site, and error reports). Card fields stay in Stripe and are not recorded.
- Game and anti-cheat logs on our DAYZ servers as required for moderation
How we use data
- Deliver digital purchases in-game
- Respond to support requests and enforce server rules
- Send order confirmations and important service notices
- Improve site performance and prevent fraud or abuse
Retention
We keep order and support records as long as needed for delivery, refunds, tax, and dispute resolution. Server logs used for anti-cheat may be retained for a limited period defined by staff policy.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data we hold. Email [email protected] from the address you used with us.
