Terms of Service

By accessing crashout-dayz.com, our Discord, or our DAYZ servers, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Server Rules, and Zero Tolerance Policy.

Crashout is a community-operated DAYZ project. We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.

All products in the Crashout shop are digital and delivered in-game. They are not physical goods. Descriptions, screenshots, and previews are representative; in-game appearance may vary with mods or patches.

We do not sell combat stats, hidden damage buffs, or unfair gameplay advantages. Perks such as queue priority, cosmetics, and approved imports are documented on each product page.

Normal products are fulfilled natively to the linked Steam account after successful payment. GFX briefs are stored on the order for staff to complete. Spawn Drip, custom Prefix text, rank prefixes (VIP / VIP+ / MVP), Clan Tag Color, and Kill Feed Color are written on the game box after payment. We are not liable for delays caused by game updates, BattlEye restarts, or incorrect account details.

You must follow our server rules and Discord guidelines. We may suspend shop access, game access, or both for fraud, chargebacks, harassment, cheating, or abuse of staff.

You are responsible for activity on your account. Do not share accounts or payment methods with others.

Digital items that have been delivered in-game are generally non-refundable. Unused, undelivered purchases may be refunded at our discretion before delivery. Chargebacks without contacting support first may result in a permanent ban.

Prices are shown in EUR unless noted. We may change prices or retire SKUs at any time. Promotional codes are single-use unless stated otherwise and may be revoked if abused.

Crashout servers and this website are provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, data retention, or compatibility with every DayZ build or mod.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crashout is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our servers, shop, or community channels.
